TAHITI – THE QUEEN OF THE PACIFIC OCEAN

Tahiti is located in the central part of French Polynesia. The tourists are often claiming the island as “The Queen of The Pacific”. The island combines mountain landscapes, beautiful valleys, high waterfalls and exotic beaches, collected only on 1 048 square kilometers.
Tahiti is characterized with greatness, mysteriousness and virgin beauty. The nature is a combination of awesome mountains, fascinating valleys and imposing waterfalls. Here you will find mysterious caves and archeological phenomena soaked of legends.
Tahiti is the biggest island in French Polynesia. It is divided by two parts – Tahiti-Nui (the big Tahiti) and Tahiti-Iti (little Tahiti, the southeast part of the island). Tahiti-Nui is better well-developed than Tahiti-Iti.
The sunny resort offers a lot and varied amusements. If you happen to visit the island in July, you will have the chance to see the Heiva festival in Papeete, which combines native cultural traditions with scenes from capturing The Bastille in France.

While you are having your dinner, you can watch some show programs, which reveal some of the traditions and customs of the native people. After dinner you can go to some of the night clubs in Tahiti. In Le Kikiriri and Le Grenier de Montmartre you can dance. In Le Méridien Tahiti and Piano Bar you will se a Polynesian show program.
